1.1    Summarise the four Key Target areas of Sure Start

1.2    Evaluate the effectiveness of the Sure Start model of working

1.3    Critically examine the objectives from one of the Key Target areas

2.1    Summarise the various stages of a child’s development between the ages of 0-3

2.2    Describe how you can support a child’s development between the ages of 0-3

2.3    Compare and contrast the stages of development of at least 2 children of a similar age within the 0-3 year old range

3.1    Evaluate at least four personal qualities which enhance your communication skills

3.2    Analyse at least two different situations, from personal experience, where there have been barriers to communication
