3.  Recognise the importance of

     children being aware of safe places

     with regard to road safety

3.1   From a given list, state what a child / children needs to know and point

        out with regard to safe places

3.2   Identify where pedestrians and vehicles may have shared use.

3.3   Identify where it is safe to walk / stand

 

4.  Recognise the importance of a child

     understanding the meaning of ‘stop’

     in terms of road safety

4.1   Identify why an adult and child should be aware of the importance of

        stopping before crossing
